  • Seatcovers

My front seatcovers are dead and need replacing.

    Anyone got any recommendations ?

I was thnking of maybe the Michelles Sacs ones or sheepskin but they are pretty expensive.

So what do you have thats comfortable and does the job ?

If you want covers that you can wipe clean with a cloth and not worry about the mud,etc invading the pile of the sheep skin covers then go for

    Michelle's Sacs
    Black Duck
    Tackla

We go to the beach a lot nad have dogs so the Tackla's are perfect. No they aren't as plush as wool, but they are functional.

I recently bought some Black Duck front seat covers and while they are tough and repel kid stains as well as mud and loose dirt, the passenger seat base cover tends to slide off. There is no strap underneath the seat to tie it down and its a little frustrating having to reach over to readjust it after each passenger or so. I think I'll post them on ebay shortly and look at something a little more secure and possibly more comfy. Canvas is not the best first thing on a frosty morning near Sofala!!
      cheers

yeh like the other fellas said, if your doing hardcore 4wd'ing or got dogs, id recommend those, but if your after comfort, sheepskin is a definent. all depends on the driver i suppose.
