Anyone had any experience with 2 3/4 inch exhaust from Beaudesert.

If you don't want to spend a grand plus, can I suggest you simply replace the standard muffler with a straight through sports muffler?
Best bang for buck I have experienced, best $300 I have spent on the old girl. It made more of a difference than adding a DTRONIC chip. Both together has me satisfied with my KZJ95 towing a 2T caravan.

A bit of a read here.
I ran a Scotts Rods 3" and was very happy.
Have not heard any bad feedback about Beaudesert.

You won't get a cheaper system than a 3" Scott's Rods, which also includes the dump.
But get in touch before you buy as they're about to re-work the tailpipe to give better clearance.
