  • 90 Series Dual Cab Ute

I have done a search and couldn't find this anywhere else, but apologies if it has been mentioned before.

I spotted this 90 series Dual Cab Ute conversion when going south on the M1 about 4:00 yesterday, I have seen plenty of 100 series conversions but never a 90. I snapped a couple of very quick photos with the camera phone so sorry about the quality.

Just thought some of you may be interested.

That's a very interesting looking vehicle

Quite a ramp over angle on it though...

Re: 90 Series Dual Cab Ute

Here's a couple of pics of a late model 90 series dual cab complete with camper fitted to the rear. Nice looking rig. I spotted it in Esperance last month. There was also a simlar silver 120 series but didn't get any pics as it was driving the other way.

There is a company in Brisbane that specialise in such conversion. I spotted a 76 series landcruiser recently with similar conversion and it looked very nice. It even overcome the wheel track issue experienced by the ute and troop carrier.

This thread moved to 90 series general section.

Have seen a couple of these in town now, along with some 120 series ones. No shortage of Prados in Busselton...although we get plenty of visitors passing through
This one was outside Esplanade Hotel in Busselton, and had Esperance number plates. Has water tank & toolbox behind rear wheels
