recovery points

I am looking at upgrading the front recovery points to rated ones. Do the off the shelf point's fit straight on, with the existing holes lining up or do i have to drill new mounting holes? do any particular brand mount/fit better?

Went to 4wd1 at castle hill with the removed recovery point, they had a set that fitted straight off.
