Transmission oil smell under load

I have a 2002 TX. Under load, usually going up hills or accelerating, there is a smell of transmission oil but only if the window is down. Hence it must be coming from the front. On the flat/cruising I can't smell it. I have been under the car and hood and can't find anything obvious. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Bunting. You haven't stated manual or auto. If auto, Check out the power steering components as they run the same oil. Cheers.
