they have 255/70 R16 tyres on them, will this tyre size be OK on my 2001 Colarado
Mazi - I can only speak for the Australian delivered Prado's and Rodeo's (as the majority of us
on this forum are from Australia).
The offset of the standard Rodeo wheels doesn't match or suit the 90/95 series Prado, so I doubt
they will physically fit (likely to hit the brake calipers).
The GXL spec and better Prado (never called a Colorado in Australia) came with 265/70R16
tyres (approx 31" dia over the tread) on 16x7" rims. 255/70R16's are only 30.5" over the tread.
So yes, they'll fit, but I'm yet to find a 4WDer who want's to go down in tyre size. Many over
here normally run a 265/75R16 (approx 32" over tread) with a 2" suspension lift.

Thank mate, I am aware that they are a downgrade size wise but I was hoping to get the for less than the price of the tyres alone as they have nearly new Cooper Adventurers
