    Hi Java,

Your 1997 unit looks super clean and in great condition. I saw the engine photo in the fuel consumption. Very, very clean there too.
You must be pretty happy with the car.

I traded my 1999 Prado last year. 392+k km and the engine and drive line still felt strong. Just a bit different colour to your old 1996 Prado. Reading that your engine went at 415,000km has surprised me.
Pic on the day that mine went for the Trade.

Thanks. It was my mission to pass 500,000km on my old Prado and make it my forever car.... until old mate borrowed it and as fate had it the radiator had to crack on that particular night, and of course he kept on driving

In any case I had been looking for a 120 but quite dissapointed after few inspections. They seem to have consistent issues like cracked dashboard and owners not taking care of the car! One I saw had grit and empty radiator and one, well judge yourself from the picture when the seller said "it's normal condensation" ha..ha..

In any case I inspected a prado 90 and was ready to walk away because the guy wouldn't do RWC because "he was busy" but as soon as I looked at the engine and crawled underneath I just had to buy the car! Check out this little vid I made of the engine.... as I know it will get dirty soon !!!

I took it to the RWC place and the guy said it's the cleanest (old) car he had ever seen lol...

This time it will only be my weekend & touring car so will definitely keep it forever. And only 2 years away from club reg and that coveted $80/yr rego ... happy as a puppy!

Everything has been polished and shampooed. The video is like flashback footage from its first drive out of the showroom.
