Firstly "Hi". I'm John, I have a bog standard 1996 95 Series Prado and she's been fantastic. However I have a slight problem. I stupidly backed into a little Mazda and damaged the supports holding the rear flares on. Pushed in the boot of the Mazda but I only broke some plastic, go figure. Anyway Toyota have discontinued the flares as spares so does anyone know where I can get a left and right rear?
If there aren't any around I have found a parts maker in China who will supply new parts. They make everything but the overseas 90 series rear bumper is slightly different to the Australian 95 series. We have the blinkers in the bumper and so the hole is larger, the other 90 series versions only have a brake light or reflector in the bumper and that's what the replacements have. And they have an MOQ of 20 pieces each. I don't mind buying them but "She who must be obeyed" will kill me if I fill the house with car parts. So are there others looking for these parts?
