iPod connectivity?

Heya Prado guru's..

I have a 2002 V6 Advantage and have been trying to work out if there is a way to connect my iPod/iPhone to the default head unit to playback and charge?

Can anyone offer some options/advice?

There are a few options:

1) Upgrade your headunit to something that will take in an ipod. I think Dig Options has a version of the TP09X1 for the 90 series.
2) Use an ipod to cassette adaptor
3) Use an FM modulator. This is a unit that plugs directly into the radio antenna socket and plays through an FM radio station. The antenna then plugs into the FM modulator so you can still receive the normal radio stations.
4) Use an FM transmitter. But the signal could be flaky.

Thanks mate, I was kinda hoping I could do it without FM modulators and upgrades but if it's the only way then it needs to be done.
