Spare Wheel Carrier

I am in the design stages of building my own dual spare wheel carrier.

I am using Google Sketchup for the design and will hopefully be able to weld it all up with a simple arc welder.

The stub axles and hubs (2x each) will come from Martins Trailer Parts (WA) and will cost approx $180. If anyone knows where i can get these cheaper it would be great but i'm guessing everywhere would be similar (if not more?)

This will be a slow project, but hopefully a successful, practical and cheap one.

Certainly will end up cheaper than a purchased alternative. $1690 from MCC for a dual wheel carrier for the 90
