Just thought I would share my new rock slider side steps that I am making. Have done the drivers side so far, now just have to design and build the brush bars to go with them.

cheers, have worked it so I have enough room on the passengers rear to do the same bracket, just have to drop the sub tank out (no big deal though) will have 3mm ally checker plate on top to stand on and brush bars when done as wellComment

Well have made both side steps and have them painted, just need to cut the ally checker plete for them and mount them up. Brush bars will have to wait for now wife wants other stuff done around the houseComment

same on both sides, will have to drop the sub tank out to fit them but it will not effect it once re installed, just cant get it past the bash plate for the tank so out it comes. Agood chance to give it a clean out anyway.Comment

All finished
Finally got around to fitting the passengers side this week. Took a bit, had to remove the sub tank to do it but was a good chance to give it a clean out (and it was pretty dirty) but all up I think it has come up pretty good. Now I just have to design the brush barsAttached FilesComment

Looks great mate! That will definitely be my next job after the winch mount. What sizes of steel did you use if you don't mind me asking?

The box section is 40x40x3.2 and the round is 32 nb wich works out to be about 40mm odComment
