Hi all could anyone help? I would like to make a steel rear bar for my 90. Has anyone got any ideas of plains that they could share?

I don't think any one has plans they can give you.
A few pp members have had a crack at fabricating their own rear bar.

That has a nice finish. I'd like to fit a bar like that eventually. Thats a nice looking rear bar.
Could do with some recovery points and hi lift points though.2004 Prado GXL. v6 auto, ARB deluxe bar, exhaust, 2" EFS lift kit, Outback Acc rear bar,
rallye 2000 spots, roof mount dvd, dig_options stereo, toyota roof bars.
