Yeah, Glen is right.
The Ori plastic bumper is attached to body, while the aftermarket steel bumper attached to Chasis.
So, when you raise the body, the bumper will give the gap, while will look quite abnormal.
But mount to Chasis is good as the tire and other load can pass to Chasis then body.

I have a few problems that I can see with the ACC Viper bar, firstly, the bar is not suited to models with flared wheel arches, secondly, you have to get a new tow bar that will fit with this bar as it sits very high, and thirdly, you will need to fit new mudflaps, this needs to be taken into consideration if you plan to buy one of these bars, as it will add to the overall price of getting the new bar fitted on the vehicle properly.97 VX Grande, with front & rear air lockers, ARB Sahara winch bar with tigers 11 winch, 2" EFS lift, 265/75/16 Achilles Desert hawk XMT, and more.

The tow bar is actually an advantage IMO, not a drawback. The other issues, well, we can't simply go by the photos presented, they'd need to be confirmed.
However, I did read on another forum today, of a Prado owner having a lot of issues installing the MCC bar... about half way down the page...

The thing is, a normal towbar will sit too low, and look out of sorts, so you will need to get a custom job done. All this adds to the overall $$$$$ spent, not many people are willing to do that cause then you do not have a tow rating, and in most cases, if you still need to tow, then this bar is not suitable for you, as nice as it looks.97 VX Grande, with front & rear air lockers, ARB Sahara winch bar with tigers 11 winch, 2" EFS lift, 265/75/16 Achilles Desert hawk XMT, and more.
