    A few new pics from todays work, sorted out the flex problem with two new higher mounted brackets (sorry no pics). Checker plate finnally installed with the small spoties and valves for the airbags. Im quite happy with the result although I couldnt do the checker in one piece, so I added the bits on the end.




    This photo shows the draws I made with the Engel fridge, note it slides sideways as there a 100ltr LPG gas tank behind.

      Got my crissey present fitted yesterday thanks from my mate Tim. It shows Tim doing all the work although I did do the stripping of all the now useless stuff thats not needed.

      The template, get it wrong from here and your in trouble.

      Time to drill the holes, just follow the instructions.

      This is the bit you start to cringe, dont slip!!

      We didnt have the right size holesaw so Tim used his air hacksaw to enlargen the inlet hole.

      Whilst the paint dried, on went the A-pillar bracket. We didnt use the plastic knock ins, they make the top stick out too far.

      The last of what Tim had to do, the rest was up to me to complete.

      Hows that, just like a bought one. Next job will be the rear air locker, stay tuned.

          Mate, you're going to have to get a new PPoint sticker, as the current one will no longer be visible with the rear bar and two tyres!

            Your not wrong Priycie, shes a bit hidden there. Not such a big hassle really, that way im under the radar. I can sneek into another town or city and not get spotted.

              errr.... zookcubr, I do believe that I now own your rearbar! Bought it from a bloke called Jason in Sydney on eBay for $1300!

              It's very similar to the ones that www.ultimate4wdequipment.com.au sell and at first I thought it was one of theirs.

              I can't say I have any complaints so far - good work! My mates with Kaymar's on their Troopies can't believe how strong it is
