    Sorry
I looked at the large writing at the top not the small.

And it is a picture of a 120 at the very top of the page not a 90

I think it might be time to sell the Vitara and buy one, once I start catching the bus to work that is.

it's good to see someone fitting LED lighting to a rear bar.
                it looks good

Seems there doing a run of these soon and will be avaliable in the next 3 weeks if interested. Otherwise the wait is 8-9 weeks. There finnished in powder coated satin black and avaliable free of charge ATM with LED tail lights upgrade (vauled at $200). Still finding out the weight of the carrier and fitting cost. The towbar is not affected in any way even when inverted, as we have a Nathan hitch (simular to tregg) attached to our offroad Cub Kamperoo.

                            Re: rear bar

Ive started my rear bar with twin tyre carrier. Ive decided to do a simular design as allterrains in Geelong. I started with rear section from Metaland 75mm x 125mm for $70. Some scrap 5mm thick flat bar for the brackets, ive added a angled section to take some of the flex out. Added 50mm x 75mm sections either end for a Hilift jacking points. Sheet metal covers the area where the flairing was. Cut the location of the axel stubs ($20 ea from super shit auto) and welded them into place. I covered the area with some 3mm thick flat bar to protect the LED tail light I bought at Don Kyatts $153 ea. Ive tracked down my over centre spring lock downs at Ovesco in Newcastle NSW and had 2 sent to me for $54 including postage. Got my hands on some 252 Sikaflex to cover all the holes etc ($21 ea). Next step is the arms, im going to add some locking pins to keep them open ($7 ea) from Alice bolt supplies. This will be the tricky bit, working out if im going to be able to miss the rear door handle. I hope to have this project finnished before Christmas, but will see.

Pics added NTPRYCE, I hear your heading down our way thru Fergs. When ya coming? Might have to take you on one of our runs. Ok the bars not painted or sealed yet, still some welding and grinding to do yet but not too much to finnish this part of the project.
