The smaller of the coils looks like really heavy duty to me. What accessories have you got on the front of your Prado?
        - Steel bullbar
        - Winch
        - Dual batteries

If you can take some measurements, I might be able to work out which one you have. I will need:
        - Total height
        - Number of coils
        - Outer diameter
        - Wire diameter

Would u think after 14 yrs the original coil springs would loose its compression rate? Coz on my long drive to Sabah,Malaysia ...when I go over a bump I can feel the rear would bottom-out I.e classist hitting feeling....n currently I'm using new stock absorbers (tokico) n 14yr old stock coil springs.... Or do I need to replace the coils with the APS springs which I mention earlier....fyi will buy steel bullbat later

Yes change the coils, the 14 yr old ones will be stuffed.

Always change all 4 corners, so that the suspension matches correctly.

I had pedders springs on my 90 series , I found their springs good (not like their shocks, shocking ) I used Bilstien shocks on the front
