Yeah lazy pricks didnt remove the sump guards and when they have dropped the filter it has ran down over the guards, unless you get some degreaser in there and give it a clean that shits going to continue to drip here and there untill there's no more there. Not that hard, 3 bolts across the front, two that go up through the plate and for memory another two at the rear will allow for both guards to drop down..............Lazy arses........Cheers Steve

It won't ever go back there again anyway. I'm going with the third opinion. I feel that I should complain to Toyota over it because of the way I have been treated not to mention the fact that they tried to rob me of 2gs for nothing. Then the poor workmanship, not to mention covering my car in oil, under the bonnet and on the paint work. What's people's opinins of this? I'm not an old biddy with nothing to do but I am seriously aggrieved over this.

Mate take it back. Tell them of the greasy shitty hand marks on the paint work were not appreciated and at what point would he like to rebook the prado in free of charge to degrease and clean the shitty old engine oil from the sump guards ????????? At approx $150 an hour labour charges Im sure they can afford some degreaser to clean up there shit off your vehicle, maybe ask if they could put some in a jar for you as well and see if it removes the oil stains from your driveway before you send him a bill for a professional clean of your stenciled/stamped drive way and garage floor as it now contains oil drips that happened due to their lazy arse workshop ways.......Old biddy or not, who gives a shit, they were lazy so now they need to fix the issue.......Cheers Steve
