Hi Guys - This is my first post and I thought I would throw a curve ball at you PP gurus I am coming from an well done up Nissan Pathfinder to a 95 series Prado and am looking at 'special  ' options for the Prado.

Does anyone know if the suspension components from the American Toyota Tacoma (V6 3.4) which is IFS would match a 95 series Aus delivered Prado. They seem to share engines and I think strut and shocks as well.

A part number for a Rancho RS5000 rear shock is RS5180 for the Tacoma. Anyone know the Aus part number for the Prado??

Your help is much appreciated and I am sure that I will in time be able to contribute greatly to this forum and our great Prados!!

The part # for the Prado rear is RS 5180 , but I would not use them , to short. You will get heaps of down travel using RS 5206 (21.625" long ) instead ,they fit good . The RS5208 also fit but are a bit to long and the springs come loose .

Forget anything for the rear of a Tacoma, it's a leaf sprung ute (Hilux, different body), what you're after if getting 95 series stuff is 96-02 4Runner, it's an exact match to Prado suspension, front, and rear.
