This might sound beginner but if i buy 50mm raised struts and 50mm raised springs will give me a 2 inch lift or does that take me to 4inch

A strut is a spring and shock assembly. You would put raised springs onto the front shocks to form a strut. You will need to make sure that the shocks on all 4 corners has enough down travel to cater for the lift. Quite often, the shocks installed aren't matched to the amount of lift. At a minimum, you need to have 1/3 amount in travel.
