      • Folks, if you have not checked out the GTG website for a while you will see some changes including a Vendor Page for retailers who are offering discounts to Pradopoint members. It is still only early days yet but we have two business so far who are showing support for our community.

If you come across any businesses in your area that would like to do the same then direct them to the website so they can send in their info.

        • Mav,

The site looks really good now, but to me there seems to be a small problem with it. It may be the computers here at work. When you go to the left margin area (contents) you always have to click to activate the use of that area, then you can access the button. Can that not be changed so that you only have to activate it once like I have seen with other sites?

But otherwise as I said earlier it looks really good now. Can't wait to meet everyone next year finally!

          Take care
          Regards,

          Big Fella

2007 Prado GXL D-4D Auto. Black. Cooper ATR's, ARB Bull Bar, Safari Snorkel, ARB Dual Battery, Sandgrabba Mats, Black Duck Seat Covers, Plastic Bits on the front, Mesh Grill Guard, Tinted Front Windows, Towbar, Reverse Sensors, Lightforce Blitz 240's, ORS Drawer System. ScanguageII, Stebel Truck Horn, Icom 440 UHF Radio and BIlstein/Ridepro Premium Lift Kit.

If you can't fix it with a hammer...... you have an electrical problem.

Thanks for the feedback Andrew, I have not noticed this so I will take a good look at it. Do you know what browser and OS you are using at work?
It would help me to know so I can check it using that setup.

As you know I am now at home (sort of) I don't have the above problem on my machine at all. It must just be the stoopid work puters. Can't even right click and "Save As".

                  Cheers mate

                    • Is the trip still open to an extra booking?

If so, I'm just checking with the Mrs to see if its feasable for us.
We were planning a similar trip to Ayres Rock during the middle of this 2008 however due to changing the vehicle over from a Hilux to a Prado we had to change our plan. But 2009 is still a bit off and would give me an excuse to fit out the D4D with few extra goodies for such a trip.

Is there anyone else from Brisbane attending?

                      Cheers

Your link appears to show quite a few more including 3 from the Sunshine State which is good to see. As mentioned I'll confirm with the Mrs. But it could be goa and looks like an awesome trip.

Definitely still available slots Stew. The profiles page is only for those that want to use it on the GTG website.

Still bargaining with accommodation suppliers at the moment as some have yet to fix their rates for next year. I should be hearing more within the next few weeks.

I am setting a limit of 60 cars as otherwise it will become a logistical nightmare to accommodate us all at the resorts. We may or may not reach that target, there are currently about 25 slots left. However there are folks who are holding off signing up till later this year or early next year due to work commits and not knowing if they can get the leave or not.

                            Cheers
