    GTG 2009 useful links

    I was thinking about posting all the booking numbers for the various camp sites, or maybe a list of links.
    There are 5 sites in all so I thought the info would be handy. Although Im not sure if this info is already available elsewhere on the site.

    Just an adjunct to the above, please do not try booking at mcrange or Kings Canyon just yet. I will let everyone know when they will be ready for bookings.

          Okay the Macdonnell Range holiday Park is now taking bookings from the GTG attendees. Still have some work to do on Kings Canyon before they will be ready for bookings.

            If Kings Canyon is proving difficult, Kings Creek Station wouldn't be a bad alternative.

              Way ahead of you Dave. However they so far have not responded. I am going to be giving them a call tomorrow. At this stage though I think I have ironed out a lot of the problems with Kings Canyon Resort.

                  Still in discussion with Kings Creek Station however I have just been dealt a blow with it that I was not expecting, apparantly they will not allow prebooking of their powered campsites. :roll: So if we were to go there it would be pot luck if you got a powered site or not. :x I am pretty sure that the group would not be in favour of that, Kings Creek could only promise our group would be together on unpowered grassed area. People needing a powered site would have to squabble at arrival to get one.
