On the issue of Boggy Hole, I have recently driven part of the track last month and beleive it to be a reasonable track to drive in a stock vehicle. I will be conducting a trip hopefully next month or in late April to try and give all a track report. The last time I drove its entire length was April last year and it was no tuff exercise although a long day if you intend not camping overnight. The tracks always change due to the majority of the trail that runs in the creek and Finke River. Since Novembers big rain fall it hasnt really been drivable until only in the last couple of months or so due to water still running under the sand. I dare say by the time PPGTG comes around as long as there hasnt been any recent rain would be easily driven, although slow as there are many sections of rock to negotiate. Panel damage or scatches would only be likely if you had to pass another group heading in the oppisite direction as the track can get rather narrow in parts. Trailers wouldnt be an issue really. I havnt taken my camper trailer down there yet although if I took the Family I would. As long as you have someone to pull you out as the sand can get very soft.To be honest there isnt much to worry about, there a far more tracks out their that are a lot harder then this one,
