    Free tourist guides can be sent to your doorstep by contacting: Central Australian Tourism.

    The two guides available are:

    They're available in PDF, which makes it handy for searching, but they are big files and will suck your printer ink-wells dry. May as well have the postie deliver them.

    Great Post LFaR. This will be handy to flick through B4 the GTG.
    No problems with suck'n the printer dry when I work for printing company.
    I'll enjoy the read tomorrow after I run these PDF's off in Colour.

      They also sent me two other tourist guides when I asked for some info:

      "Drive the NT"
      "Tennant Creek: The Barkly Region"

      They both have some useful info in them so it may be worth asking them to post those along with the other two if anyone's interested.
