Has there been a power blackout in SA for the last 2 weeks :?:
Where's all our SA compatriots this time around, waiting by the mailbox for a written invitation :?: :?: :P :P
Haven't been able to commit to attending next year, as much as I would like to meet up with everyone again. I'd register a spot but I don't want to be one of the people who commit to something and then ring up the day before with some lame excuse about why I can't attend. I would hate to deprive others who missed out on the wonderful event this year.
If I have to I'll take one for the SA team and attend.

I'm in the same boat. I have too many unknown variables preventing me from being able to commit 100%. I certainly don't want to say I'll be there unless I definitely will.
I'll therefore have to take my chances and wait and see closer to the event, most likely early in the new year.

As Leon was the final car (number 45), I have closed the numbers for the 2010 GTG event.
I have opened up a 'reserve' list for people who wish to come and have not confirmed in time (http://www.pradopoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=43&t=7004). I will add individuals to this list, once I receive a email confirmation of a reservation, per the initial posting.
I will list the reserves in order, quoting the date they emailed a confirmation. If anyone drops out of the GTG event, the place shall be offer to the reserve individuals in the order they appear on the list..
ie: the 1st offer goes to number one on the list and so forth...
Hope this works and I hope everyone that has confirmed shall attend the GTG event.
I shall put together some info and a questionnaire and email it all to you this week... I am just flat out at home and on the farm at the moment... can't wait to go back to work for a rest :!: :!: :!:
Top effort Matt,
you and the team are doing a great job. Thanks for all the info sofar and looking forward to meeting you all in the flesh.

Taking up the rear just means my navigator has to close ALL the gates on the trip  Might freak her out and tell her that for a while

Good stuff Leon, if I'm not mistaken that makes 5 90's, cant wait.
We will need to spead them evenly between the 3 groups though, incase a 120 gets stuck!

Firstly we finally arrived home from the 2009 GTG on Sunday 5 November after travelling 34,260km to/from the GTG. For those who felt I had dropped off the planet - well that was partly true. I was locked out of Pradopoint and could not get back on. On arrival back with the help of Chippy and the Admin team I am back on PP. I will compose a little report for you all shortly.
As you are all aware my registration for 2010 was done from overseas. Thanks Ben. Thanks also to everyone who attempted to alert me to the registration requirements by PM. I have now answered you all.
Matt the statistics for attendees for 2010 should be amended as I am back on the Gold Coast in QLD not 'Everywhere' anymore..
Looking forward to 2010 GTG and what Livefreeandroam has in store for us on the way to it.
