Evening all,
The lads and I have been busy scouting the day-trips and I have broken up the confirmed attendees into some small, manageable groups. The size of the groups are to manage the day-trips in a responsible manner and so not to make to much of an impact on the areas were are visiting. There are three groups and in each group there is a designated "tail end charlie". This person is someone I know personally and I trust to keep an eye on the back of the group and ensure no one is left behind or has any problems with being left behind etc on the tracks. I shall announce the roster of which group is doing what day-trip (location) on the first night of the GTG, just to make it more exciting for all.
Here are your groups and from this posting, it may help to make some new mates via PM before the trip and have some fun :!:

The day trips are planned for Stockton Beach, The Barrington tops and Mount Allyn. Below are the trip leaders who shall lead the same trip each day; but with a different group. This shall ensure that they are aware of conditions and any changes in the the track or the weather each day. I want the groups to stay together and there won't be any swaps etc, as I would like people to take the chance to meet some new faces and get to know some new friends on the day trips. Listed below are the designated day trip leaders and there allocated trips :

I shall be looking over all the 4WD's to ensure they are fit for the trips before the trips kick off. This will begin on the first night before dinner and hopefully it won't take me long, as it's pretty easy to make sure you own car is up to scratch for the GTG. As per any type of 4WD trip, we ask that groups stay together and please do as they are asked by both the day trip leaders and the designated "tail end charlies" as these guys shall ensure that you all stay safe, no one gets out of there depth and everyone has a good time while out on the tracks. Be sure that even stock Prado's shall be capable of handling the planned tracks and don't forget to bring your cameras :wink: .
