    Re: The Journey has begun!

Looks like a great trip down to the GTG guys. Wish I could have joined you all!

Is one of your group in Port Macquarie at the moment (lunch time Wednesday) I'm here for work and was just driving through town when I spotted a silver (I think, could have been white can't recall now) 120 parked with a Pradopoint sticker on the back. Looked like it had seen quite a lot of dirt recently.

      G'day Fozzy,

Yes, Matt, I and Bobsled all have Garmins. So we have track logs.
And I know Matt was backing everything up daily.

In the future I would enjoy another trip back to the Nymboida River. The campsite there was absolutely splendid.
Matt had been there before and on the arvo we arrived he took us up the side of this very steep hill where no track existed at all. This was a lot of fun as we punched our way through the bush on the side of a hill.
Also, the 4wheeling surrounding the Nymboida was absolutely awesome.
You also need a 4WD just to get down the track and into the camping area.

      Cheers
      Stewy

        Re: The Journey has begun!

We have just arrived in Tanilba Bay and caught up with the Queensland team as we both entered Gloucester at the same time from different directions. We happened to be scanning the channels and heard LFaR talking to the group. So we had a quick round of hellos and war stories in Gloucester before we continued our journey to Tanilba Bay. Looking forward to tomorrow at the official start of the GTG at Riverwood Downs.
