Just need to pack the inside of the Prado and we will be ready for the boat this Friday night.
Starting out on any trip is always exciting, your first "big trip" is even more exciting, getting on the Spirit of Tassie is way exciting, and coming to the best ever Pradopoint GTG is just awsome!

See you in a few weeks.

So much to do and so little time !!

SWMBO says prioritise, ok what do we not do? new tyres, finish the drawers and fridge slide, general service on the rig, not to mention organising what we can fit in with the fridge and drawers in the back. I'd like to know who is responsible for the stupid way of passing time they called work? That person needs a reality check, don't they know we have much more important things to do like finishing mods on our rigs before we take 2 weeks off work to go to the 2012 GTG? Seriously no consideration for others at all.

I'm in the same boat as ondaboat, have to go away for work all next week so can't even work on the rig after hours - BUGGER!

                  Cheers, Matt & Caite

I'm getting closer to being ready. Picked up the Oztent today but still have to install 4 extra sockets, airbags (if they turn up in time), new tyres, change oils and filters, roof work light, Fumoto oil drain valve and give the rig a bit of a clean.
When I only get Saturdays to work on the car, I think I may need some extra time.

We'll be taking the laptop because we will unfortunately have a few invoices and wages for the business to do on the fly either while on the road to or at Loxton and then along the way before hitting Redbluff or at Beachport... so... a post or two of some pics or video footage may be a possibility, but again it will depend on coverage not to mention if time permits.

OK, things not as bad as thought. They tell me the whine is normal - never heard it for 3 and half years so what would I know? They pulled the turbo and it's fine. Injectors within range too. So it's game on, GTG here I come.
