I have contacted a sign writer I know and he said if we cant find the original banner he will just need some dimensions and design before provide a quote.

I won't be able to make the G2G next year due to having no leave. I have to use more than I have for our honeymoon, however I am happy to still be of assistance when and where I can help.

I know i havent made it to any meetings or recces, but weekends are hard for me to commit. I need a fair amount of pre warning.

Looks like a hard task from what was seen at S.A but who is willing to give it a go.

If you have not been to any meeting or reccie, or other input, you are too busy to help or have quit
That's ok, many of us are too busy, almost quit, spat the dummy, about to quit.
Seriously we know circumstances change, if it works out any of you can well that's great, if not, all good.

So for the moment

The updated committee list is:

Blkd4d - been to a gtg, started this one, sponsors, trip leader, entertainment for kids.
Barajak - been to a gtg, route planning, great trip leader.
Shan - never been to a gtg, I.t, Anders tec.
############# - never been to a gtg, right hand man, no idea but trying, sponsors, trip leader.
Ursos - been to gtg, trip leader, route planner & more, experience counts!
JPH - never been. A gtg, left hand man, merchandise, my tec.
Dupes68 - never been to a gtg, middle man, merchandise, trip leader.
Ex Niss - been to a gtg, spare trip leader, or tec.

Like has been said before, you guys have a shite load on your plate, You, like the 2012 GTG committee and like the committees before that do NOT have to re-invent the wheel. It takes a LOT of work to make a successful event. Previous committee members are always willing to help and poiunt you in the right direction to save time, costs and effort.

Seriously we are cruising along alright, it seems pretty simple, plenty of people to help out & time to do it.
It's a compleat different event really, Although it as been done before, I think it is quite a new job to do it again.
Some things that could be the same is sponsors, so I would like to speak to you about that.
No point spending time on dozens of potential sponsors, if we have regulars
When you get a chance do you mind p.m me your number?
