Well it's official, I'm Senile! For reasons only I don't know I had it in my tiny head that the trip was this w/e, so I rushed home from work & packed up the Prado ready for an early start in the morning. Just by sheer luck I txt Anthony to ask how it was up in them cold hills! Week early he say's, I thought Bullshit! He's winding me up, so I recheck the tread & bloody hell someone's changed the dates.... He he! Shite, I was almost on my way. Moral of the story is read the tread then read the tread & actually note the dates, then you won't Maybe €##k up.
But I might forget again next time...Nah! I'm now ready for all the Your a Dickhead Comments.

You could have gone up with me this weekend. I put it out there in an email a couple of weeks' ago to run a second recce this weekend, but had no response from the Committee members. Shame. Enjoy next weekend up there guys.

You could have gone up with me this weekend. I put it out there in an email a couple of weeks' ago to run a second recce this weekend, but had no response from the Committee members. Shame. Enjoy next weekend up there guys.

You wouldn't get a response sending emails to commitee, have to post on this thread. You'll have to catch up with us all soon. If I hadn't txt Anthony maybe I would have met u at Talbotville.

Yes, I saw an email, saying you could go this weekend, if anyone was keen, for me it was a case of getting a few members together to choose a weekend that works for the majority, I didn't see anyone reply, I would have If I was going this weekend, I think you will get a better result if you post it, as more members can see it.

Well it's looking like I am quite possibly not going to make it this weekend even though I was the one who suggested the date. My darling kids have given me chicken pox! Totally stuffed my work and social Calander. The kids had an extremely mild dose through kinder even though the were vaccinated, me not so lucky, I look,like a 13 yr old boy with the worst case of acne ever! Will see what happens but apparently have to very careful as an adult as it can lead to a brain infection.... No need for smart arse comments... So am expecting to see some great photos!
