I nearly stopped and said g'day yesterday, you were pulled over on Barwon Heads Rd on the phone! If I was going I was going to see if you wanted to cruise up together. Next time!

                        • Hi guys & gals,

yes another ripper weekend, (long weekend).
I can't believe how good the weather was, not a cloud to be seen and no wind the whole time, damp enough to keep most of the dust down.
It was a reccie run for the 2014 G.T.G so I'm not going to give to much away, yes us Vic crew are working hard to select the best tracks & routes for the event, yes we are doing it so hard........
We were able to check out most of the tracks that I had planned, that was great as are the condition of the tracks.

After having some cancellations, it really turned out to be a boys weekend.
10 vehicles 12 boys, no girls, people must think we are crazy, 8 seater vehicles and we take a vehicle each????
It was great to meet a lot of new people, hopefully that means the Vic crew has grown a little more.
Good to see you all had a great time.

It really worked out well, we had 2 stock height Prados that made it everywhere we went Friday & Saturday without a hiccup (well done guys), however luckily the group split into 2 today, one of the tracks we completed those low vehicles would have not made it over some parts of one track we did. Well not unassisted or without some possible damage.

Now all we need is a THREAD (sticky?) FOR THE "2014 VIC HIGH COUNTRY G.T.G" what do we have to do to get this up?
                          Please.........?

Thankx to all that came along & catch you soon.......

                          • Thanks everyone who turned up - a great weekend. Some serious tracks and some good fun. Looking forward to getting out there again later in the year. Photos to follow...
