Slight change of plans, you have till the 11th October to pay your fee.
If you are on the who's going list on this pp website, please register on the gtg website immediately.
It is a who is going list!, not a who wants to think about going list.
There are only 26 officially registered, it has been that way for days.
The committee is concerned others that would like to come on this trip have, are & will miss out.
If you are on the reserves list & get moved to the whos going list, please register immediately or at least within 7 days.
Please make your Payments ASAP, due by 11th oct.

Please let us do an update, to check the numbers we have before we accept your registration.
Most likely anyone who has not registered by now are not attending & will loose their spot.

Hello all,

As the above post says, you had 7 days to register if you are on the going list.
That was posted on 21st September.
That time has now well & truly passed.
In 48 hrs Gordon & any other interested party will be moved from the reserves to the going list & be invited to register & pay.

To be clear, it's the first 40 registered that are on the going list.
From the 11th oct, it's the first 40 paid.
Simply, if you don't register & pay now you won't be going.

The registration fee is $105.00 per vehicle.
The fee will include some merchandise & more merchandise or prizes & goodies, meal on the first night etc. exactly what is yet to be determined. extra shirts will be available at cost.

Correction, I was in IT. I do have internet banking but it's an a/c you can only transfer funds into electronically or by sending them a cheque, they don't have branches.
