Am I ready, sitting here at Talbotville with no pots and pans oops .

Going to borrow some of Anthony when he arrives tomorrow, there is service up here as you can see but only on Telstra.

Leaving here 7.30am new time. (8.30 old time), I will have plenty of pans for you & a few pots, what r u cooking me for lunch?
Mark is throwing a couple extras in too.
Hope too see you 12.30-1pm new time, just in time for lunch.

The Darling River Run was going great guns until we were caught in a rain event at Tilpa. Had to wait 7 hours until the black soil dried out enough. We then did a dash across some very wet red soil country to reach the bitumen. All roads south of Wilcannia were closed so we had to detour via Broken Hill. Missed out getting to Menindee, Pooncarie and Mungo National Park. Got to Wentworth this afternoon and saw the junction of the Murray and the Darling. Will spend a couple of days exploring the Murray.

Came down from nsw via the Hume heading to kyneton today and passed a heap of muddy 4wd's with sponsors stickers especially large arb must have been another large gathering local as well?.

As we can't leave tomorrow now we will see you on Monday morning (if we are both up and running health wise). Mick just dropped off some stuff for us to bring up and showed me some of the other cool prizes in store for the GTG. Going to be great fun.

Prado and Tvan all serviced today (glad to have a handbrake again) and only have a few more things to put on the roof.

I hope you gave Sheree a stern talking to and explained to her that if she had of organised you better, then this wouldnt have happened. You need me to bring up some extra's?

12hr days at work yesterday and today which wasn't in the plan. Still no clothes or food packed for myself or the family, but that's how we roll. I dare say tonight will be a late one. Hopefully get away by 10 tomorrow and rock on into Talbotville around 3ish, just in time for beer o'clock happy hour. (New time)

Yep pretty much all packed. Apparently the high country is pretty damp and more rain expected this week - should make the tracks even more fun! Good thing I packed the muddies!

Well I think we're good to go in the morning. Off to catch up with Foxclan in Echuca. Then hopefully catch up with the rest of the S.A crew somewhere before making our way into Mansfield. Have a safe trip everyone and we'll see you in a couple of day's

Tell me about it... I've spent the day working on the car but without a carport! Working in the engine bay wasn't too bad but when I go under for the exhaust and transmission the rain filters through the body and chassis, down to my face... :-/ There's always little joys though - I started her up with only headers - that was loud!!!

Got the floor finished and fridge slide in on Sunday as well as the IPF HID upgrade, have mostly sorted out the camping gear too. Still need to shop for supplies and pack today (it's already Monday here). I can almost smell the serenity now!
