Hi, we are looking at buying a 2001 prado.
It is a 3lt TD done 277km's
Is ther anything we should be looking at (to cheack out)
And what sort of money shoud we pay????????

A trick a mechanic mate taught me. When looking at 4WDS and trying to figure out where they have been: wet a fingertip and touch it on the bottom of the inside of the chassis rails through a drain hole, then touch it on your tongue. IE taste the dust! Your taste buds are very sensitive to salt, you will know very quickly if it has been beached or on salt lake flats.
