Is a 2011 GX D4D Auto with 78000km worth $38k

I have the opportunity to buy a 2011 D4D GX auto with 78km on it, fitted with commercial bullbar and a towbar for $38k. Is still under warranty for a while.

Vehicle is in good condition, white although not a mine vehicle. I may be able to squeeze a fraction on the price, but not much I don't think.

Interested to hear your opinions.

Yeah I reckon it is, I just bought a 2011 gx auto with 111k on it for $37.8k, bear in mind it came with bar, rails, dual battery, snorkel and tow bar. I had been looking at heaps here in wa before I purchased it and most where 41+ With similar or less Km's but with less or no accessories. Not sure what the prices are like over east.
