What are essential pre delivery options/accessories for new GX?

From photos that I've seen it appears that GXL 3rd row seats form a perfectly flat floor when the seats are folded down - I guess what I'm asking is, if there is no need for 3rd row seats and the plan is to use that area for storage when touring, what are the pros and cons of having/not having 3rd row seats. The only pro I can think of for having them is better resale value (which would be the case with a GXL anyway)

And ... Am I wrong in assuming that the GX comes with basic air conditioning?
And ... What is it about the GX grill that you prefer?

The boot floor on the GX is lower due to the lack of 3rd row seats.

The front grill on a GX is full black, as the GXL has chrome highlights. Also I know the GXL has three zone climate control but the GX only has two, one either side at the front. Not sure if it has a fan control in the back. If you check the Toyota website or carsales you can see pictures as well as the specs of the two.

Both grills are plastic.

So a quick look on carsales and it is clear the GX had different aircon controls. It seems to be a lot simpler. First two pictures are the GX Middle dash and the rear of the centre console, the last two are from a GXL.
Sorry for the poor quality but a 2 minute search on carsales. Plus it easy to see the difference in the rear area as well.

I think you will find it closer to 100mm.
The GXL is almost flat with the 2nd row seats folded down and I would imagine the GX would have a large drop behind the 2rd row seats.

Greg, the 2nd row seats are slightly different from GX to GXL and sit lower when folded down, there is a step up of 50 mm max from the fear floor. I'll try and put a photo on when I get a chance.
