Need advice on 150 GX prado purchase

Hey everyone looking for some advice on buying a new cruiser either going to be a Prado 150 or a 100 series cruiser im not sure which way im going to go just yet ive tracked down two nice and tidy 150 GX model prado's. One has 150,000 no other extras other have 199,000 bulbar tow bar a few other little bits and pieces. My worry is the kilometres, are injectors going to be an issue like the hilux are there other issues I need to look out for anything I can check out myself before taking it to my mechanic 2 hours drive away?? Any and all help much appreciated

They are higher K's, that's for sure. I would be budgeting for an injector change and a intake manifold clean on both. I would be getting the injector feed back values checked anyway, if the values are bad there is a risk of piston damage.

I would also be checking the front inner guards for cracking (there are a few reported cases now). That is as well as the usual wear and tear on a vehicle with that many K's.

Ok no worries from my understanding both vehicles have full log books so i'll be starting there to check whether the injectors have been done if hey have on either that's the one i'll be going for, not so worried about kilometres if they are anything like the older cruisers they will go forever. Does anyone on here have one that's done more than 250xxx ???

I am not sure what prices you have found these for but could be a better buy to grab one from interstate? with lower Kms?
