2000 Toyota Prado VX model.

So, I'm looking to buy a Prado for my family. I found this one (info above) that's a good and fair price (and we are tight on funds so that's important), but it was sitting in a garage for 2+ years and then started up about 3 weeks ago, driven up a mountain (2-3 hours) and is sitting again. Everyone says it's in excellent condition so I'm going to go look at it this week, try to take it to pass inspection, etc.
Aside from the obvious that would come up if it didn't pass inspection, what should I look for? Any concerns about it sitting for that long?
What does the "1KZ-TE" mean in the model number?
