Had had my early 120 Grande (03 model) for 5 years now and its time to start looking for an upgrade. Never had any issues besides replacing the airbags late last year and one wheel bearing. The TEMS shocks have finally gone soft after 14 years and the suspension is a bit sad. Has been bulletproof towing 1000kg of Quad bikes / trailer plus another 800kg in the cabin up everything I have thrown at it. And only one small crack in the dash
Went into local dealer to get a price on a new VX petrol, there are none in the country and minimum 6 month wait if I order one as nobody buys petrols these days apparently . He was pushing hard for a diesel which I replied " If I wanted to gamble I would go to the casino" They also wanted to slap $5000 onto the diesel price as it was a special order.
So it looks like I have to find a second hand one somewhere (15/16 model), are there any issues with the newer version petrol over my older one? Only info I found is the dual VVTI vs single on mine and the extra 30 odd KW of power. The lack of threads in the 150 petrol section also confirms my choice to stay with the trusty V6.
