  • Buying when over 120000km's

    Hi guys,

I'm new to the 4x4 thing and want to get into it. Looks like great fun. I've done some research and came to the conclusion that a Prado is the right vehicle to suit my family. I'm after the 2003-2004 120 series 4.0L 4 or 5 speed auto prado. My plan is to drive it for a good couple of years to come.

I don't have a lot of $ to spend and was wondering what your comments would be on "buying a prado with excess of 120000km's" done? I know Toyota is a great brand with great reliability to there name.

What should I look out for?

I'm also looking at buying privately, guess that will help, then you know who owned the vehicle.

    Any comments welcome......
