hi guys ive been on this site for a while now but havnt posted anything and only signed up in march ,this is a great site and ive gained alot of info off it even helped me decide on the prado i bought. ive only had it 6 months but our dream block of land has come up for sale and at the right price so i must sell it unfortunatly.its a hard sacrafice but one that has to be made we can always get another one and we will but im having problems selling it. its on car sale but in 2 months i have had 2 calls. is it worth what im asking? it has 220,000 on the clock and we bought it with 190,000 (we do a bit of driving out to toowoomba as my folks live there) its got dvd screen reversing camera tow bar tinted windows, regulary serviced. we paid 28,000 when we got it and since then paid $4800 for gas. we are asking $28000 but its not selling. can anyone help please let me know if that is too much or ks too high? thank you for your help

If it's been on the market for 2 months and only two enquires, and no sale.
You might want to lower your asking price. For a quick sale, vehicle in mention is 4 speed auto with above average km's for it's age. Redbook valuation is: -
Valuation Prices
* Private Price Guide $25,500 - $28,600
* Trade In Price Guide $20,900 - $24,000
* Average Km 90,000 - 150,000
Price Guide $55,270* When new.
Something for you to consider, remember a block a land is a appreciating asset, and a vehicle is a liability. Like you said once you sell the vehicle and purchase your block of land, in the future you can always buy another prado. Best of luck with the sale of your vehicle & purchase of land.
