04 turbo diesel , what is it worth?

hi im new to this forum and im looking at a grey 04 kzj120r gxl turbo diesel it as done 163,000km &is a 5 speed and is well looked after
extras are ; ome suspention& lift kit
dt chip
snorkle
dvd player
uhf
2 1/2 exhaust
rino roof rack
cooper tyres
spot lights
sump bash pan& h/duty tow points on all four corners
any idears what i should expect to pay for it , is the auto or manual better for of roading?

Reddy, extra's r a funny thing they don't hold anywhere near the value you pay for them, looking at your list their is a good 8-10k roughly worth of extra's, however in second had term i would only look at paying maybe an extra 3k roughly for that lot vs a comparable car with no extra's. Agree with Samo on price.
