Hi Chippy, you know I love getting up in the mornings and jumping straight on to PradoPoint. It gives me a laugh, and there's no better way to start the day
Lacey
'07 D4D Prado GXL - Black, Auto, Reverse Sensors, Towbar, ARB Colour Coded Bullbar, Lightforce 240 Blitz, Dual Batteries, Safari Snorkel, BFG AT's, ORS drawer system with fridge slide, 40L Engel Fridge, Sandgrabba Mats, Black Duck Canvas Seat Covers, TrekTable, Bilstein premium suspension and polyairs, iCom UHF.
Well, I have it now with 38km on it now after the drive home. Very smooth and pleasent to drive. Its great to get back to a diesel again.
The brakes are a lot more sensitive than the 2 year old petrol GXL but apart from the obvious differences it is a lot the same as well.
I'll have to change my signature now
First 2 things in next week are the scanguage and the roadrover navigation (thats after I unwrap them on christmas day !!)
Booked in Jan 8th to get bullbar, winch, snorkel and duel battery put in
Looking forward to some good trips this year
December 2007 Prado GXL diesel, Option Pack with traction control, rear airconditioning and curtain airbags. Lovells Springs and Bilstiens shocks, snorkel, front recovery points,
ARB Bar with fog lights, ARB second battery system, sandgrabber mats, Pirelli ATR Tyres,
Ho Ho Ho they found it.
Unfreaking believable this last week has been exhausting, tooing and froeing with the dealer but finally they have it in there yard and will be ready for Monday lunch.
Thanks to a bit of coaching from Chippy i spoke to the dealer and he went and picked it up themselves and it wasnt hard to find it was the only Grande with the wrong colour interior in the yard
They have agreed to leave the price as it was and not charge for the upgrades to the new spec
Roll on Monday

Onya Tim, I still have not been given the go ahead to install the Roadrover. I was going to do it today and then my wife said she needed to go to Newcastle shopping.
Hopefully I will get it installed tomorrrow.
Cheers
