2021 Prado bullbar ?

The Smartbar for the Prado 09/2020+ (now called a Spartan Bar) is listed as a fitted weight of 37kgs, or 44kgs for the winch version. This is higher than the 30kgs usually quoted. Does anyone know whether "fitted weight" is net weight after various things have been removed from the vehicle, or is that the vehicle's net weight increase?

i actually wouldn't mind the stealthbar as i don't really like the look of the loop and have no need for it. i wonder if they will do a stealthbar soon for the prado https://smartbar.com.au/stealthbar/
