ive been hunting and searching and found some good ideas but...
im used to prados and had a 150 GX d4d up untill a couple of weeks ago (now write off due to fire) therefor unfortunately dont have the time or money to sit around waiting for right one as rental now is costing money...
due to market prices and insurance money was decent but not enough to go splashing on 150 with decent ks and bolt ons. and still higher chance of injector issues
I have found a 120 KDJ120R 07 Update model, Manual with 299k on it.
Its had all its 300k service with new injectors,timing belt water pump etc done, hd clutch in 2021, 900$ 3" exhaust, relatively good service history though the time also.new front CVs done too. i do know it was a fleet car for first ~100k - regular servicing. and rest was at local workshop and appears last few may have been diy except 300k.
Apart from gearknob wear it looks mint inside, outside its neat and tidy, no major and barely minor issues, underneath looks decent inc bash gaurd off bullbar (ARB/ironman guessing maybe)
Drives really well and on cold start started easily and apart from a little puff of blue smoke (even my 150 did this at 120k) no smoke and reved clean.
Drove well, throttle controller makes a massive difference to feel and drive, but drove in diff modes and all was good and gears went in fine and transfer appeard to operate ok
Asking $24k in WA. Dealer selling and guy who sold it went to a 200 series.
Atm ive got a refundable deposit on it with clause.
