Thank you. Saw that one too. But it's 1 size shorter, no fitting kit and started at a higher price.Originally posted by Lorenzo View Post

Bought these LED light strips and it arrived yesterday (3.5 weeks later)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/5M-Cool-Whit...item25644c3482
VERY bright indeed !!
This one is a pack of 5 but there is only 300 LEDs per 5m. The one above is 600 LEDs per 5m. Both are IP67 rated (allegedly).

Contour Roam Camera
Thinking about getting one of these. Is anyone using one of the Contour cameras attached to a vehicle?

Actually received my second 5m roll a few days ago. Will probably use in the renovation for lighting under the bathroom cupboard above the sink (hidden)Bitumen: A blatant waste of taxpayers money!

See, this is how you hide 'mods' from the better half. You use the term "renovations" instead.Originally posted by Trekrider View PostYou have a bathroom in the Prado - don't remember that in your build thread?

Better half: Something turned up in the mail today for you. What is it?
Prado owner: Oh, just some extra lights for our bathroom renovation so you can see better when you put on makeup. It was cheaper to buy 5m from ebay than 1m from the shops. I might use the leftovers on the Prado.
Better half: That's a great idea. That also means we don't have to break the land speed record to reach the campsite before dark to setup.

They look a bit hard to solder onto the pads. Might have to visit M.A.T.E.S. garage for some expert soldering.
They were my first ever soldering experience. Turned out ok, Someone should design a soldering iron where the extreme tip is hot though. If only I new an engineer!
