Well got caught out for the first time.....

Ordered a Dremel gas powered soldering iron/heat gun from an Australian supplier. Recived the package (unopended) today minus the criticalk tool and accessories. NOT HAPPY JAN.

Will defer any name dropping as I have:
1. logged the issue with Paypal
2. Emailed the seller direct.

Seems they packed a case without checking the contents!

Will give it a few days before escalating and blood letting. On the other hand if the fix the problem promptly they will be top of my list for repeat business. Here we go, watch this space.

that sucks, however if they are dodgy, paypal is great to deal with.

I've had a few dodgy dealings on eBay recently, and paypal has cleared it up perfectly every time.

only problem was i paid US$215 for one item, by the time the money was refunded (2 months) US$215 was worth a lot less in AUD.

it only took two months because i gave the guy the benefit of the doubt though...

Well I rang them yesterday. Very apologetic and shipping out a new box with all the bits in side!
