These bars sell on special for about $920, plus about $350 for professional fitting.
At $620 supplied only represents excellent value, considering there are only some minor "scratches and dents"
However, these bars do not seem terribly popular except on mine vehicles and hire vehicles.
Having said that the structural part of the bar, from the mid level down, is the same as the TJM T3 bar I am told. The difference is the bent bar work on the top half, with the more expensive (and heavier bars) having more substantial "posts". I am also told they are made in China....but at that price, you can get a winch with synthetic rope, side steps/sliders and brush bars and still come back with change compared to genuine bull bars or some of the more popular ARB bars.
Does anyone have any news to report about personal experiences with the T15 TJM bull bars?
Honestly, they might not look quite as flash as say the seemingly more popular ARB bars, and they may not have inbuilt fog lights, I recon for the price, and being compliant and winch compatible, they may not be a bad option. I did speak to one fellow who has one on a work truck, and he has hit two roos already, and no damage to the bar or the car to speak of.
Worth considering in my opinion.
