hey would like to let people in nsw in particular sydney, 4-5 hrs from sydney is swans crossing camp grounds hidden in kerewong state forest nsw, approx 30-40 mins west from kew, 60-70sw from port maquarie, roads in are great for 2wds/ campers/ caravans etc, all travellers beware this is state forest so always be on the look out for forestry (trucks/ logging etc), heaps of flat land for campsites, long drop toilet, no showers- flowing creek for shower water though, heaps of wild life, and some good 4wd tracks- my trucks standard apart from tyre's etc and had no prob's. apart from pinstripping and small ding in rear drivers door, allworth in for 8 nights of piece and quiet, with maps i got from arb i was able to make my way from campsite through to waughope, had a nice counter lunch in port, made our way to THE LITTLE BREWERY COMPANY in port, what a place, then on to a winery at lake cattai- LONG POINT- try eveything, make sure you try agent orange, back at campsite- heaps of fire wood (take small chainsaw)and small drive and plenty of places for adventures, what to take- drinking water, toilet paper, some canvas to sleep under (optional), heaps of beer and dead animals, both 2 and 4 foot variety, and a 1-6 bottles of fruity leg opener for the missus, will try to post pics of campsite etc, hopefully i sold it enough for you, just take care of this place
