Near Coffs Harbour?

Hi all,

The family is having a week of camping around the 8th December at Darlington Beach near Coffs Harbour. Does anyone know of anywhere semi-locally which is good to get the Prado Dirty? Have tried to Google 4wd parks or whatever in the general vicinity with no real success, but anywhere within a reasonable drive time to maybe make a morning / afternoon / day trip would be good....

Mods, did a search on here for an answer and found a lot of people bought or get there car serviced in Coffs....and if this is in the wrong area on the site please feel free to move as necessary.

mate last I knew there was plenty stuff around coffs. I have being wanting to go wheeling there for a while now. 4wd Monthly did a 'Coff Coast' dvd which showed alot of it off, it looks great.

Hopefully someone more local can give you more info.

You are right beside Station Creek and Barcoogere State Forest
Go to Google Maps

type in the search Barcoongere

Zoom in.

This forest has a plentiful array of tracks! that take you to the famed Station Creek and in and out of the Barcoongere state forest, Less than 5 minutes drive north of Darlington Park!

Ah well, as it happens didnt get out of the park anyhow....will be going to yamba (Blue Dolphin) in the Easter hols, its a big furthur north but I am sure if organised, anything around the neighbourhood could be done......

Thanks for the info tho, as we quite like darlington beach as a park plenty to keep the kids occupied and massive campsites so as famillies we can spread out.

If ya interested in meeting up or know of anything else around the Yamba area let us know and I will see what is planned.....
