Wireless internet access on Fraser Island

Does anyone know if there is 3G or NextG reception on Fraser Island? As much as I would love to leave the laptop at home there are a few things I will need to do that require internet access while I am on the Island next week.

you will get next g access at happy valley i did a few years ago.

I could get next g probabaly half/ three quarters the way up the eastern side, eurong definately and and further up along the coast, not so much inland as some of the scrub gets pretty dense, and on the western side is fine as you are picking up Hervey bay.
